PLANNING; INITIAL ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS ESTABLISHING NEEDS:
The very first initial assessment method that i personally use with my learners is called a Physical Active Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), this may be a fitness medical reading form that we use to assess the learner physical state and also to make sure that these are typically in adequate health before doing any physical fitness training. SETTING PARTICULAR ACHIEVEMENT GOALS AND TIMESCALES FOR ACCOMPLISHMENT: All learners are provided individual goals which they have to achieve by the only real to quickly attain these goals is by using practicing constantly making sure that progress could be made gradually with out any physical strain on the physiology. For instance, a learner may only be able to perform eight push-up repetitions inside a set, the goal for the next session will be to increase that number to ten making it harder for the learner to quickly attain because they are now working beyond their comfort

PLANNING; SPECIALIST RESOURCES: Some learners will need additional resources in order for his or her goals to be met, it is sometimes necessary to refer a learner to a professional for his or her knowledge and expertise on how best to reach the learners goals. For instance, a learner may require additional support with their diet so that they are referred to either a nutritionist or dietitian for that support.
